    SInce MR. Swindell won't control access to inappropriate
    echomail conferences by his users its time to cut Mr.
    Swindell's feed to this echo.

    ONe thing I always liked with Maximus, control of access to
    echomail conferences and file areas is quite easy. Even if
    the twit has a priv level which would normally grant access
    the judicious use of keys can prevent it.
