Oh. A train is coming. I'll just sit here and they can drive
    around. BANG!

As a native-born Kentuckian, I hate to admit it, but Kentucky drivers are
some of the worst in the US.

I thought that Massachusetts held that honour.

*Boston*, but part of that is that in Boston, no two street *ever* meet at a 90 degree angle and often intersections are between at least three streets. You almost have to be partially insane to even drive in Boston. And if you start out sane, after driving around town for a while, your brain turns into mush. :-)

Arkansas drivers are a close second. They think they can stop just as
fast as on a wet, snowy, or icy pavement, as they can on dry.

And, they likely are like drivers everywhere else, who rush to beat:

    1) The traffic lights at intersections
    2) The trains at railroad crossings
    3) The boats at draw bridges

But, they'll stand patiently for 3 hours on the golf course.

Just like the late Red Skelton noted in one of his skits...he knew a
guy who had a beard down to his belly, hair down to his butt, but he
    shaved under his arms.

    You figure it out. :P

The KY capital city is also like that but at least it is no where near the
    size of Boston.
