• Beet Extract

I was going through the infowars store to see if he was selling supplements worth a damn. It seems most of them aren't very effective save the beet extract.

I read reviews of it and the most common complaint is that it's sticky and stains. Also, the jar is a bit pricey for what you get.

I've been online in iherb and vitaminshoppe and found lower priced pill forms of the extract. I may get a vial of the concentrate from infowars just to
test it once, just to say I tried it.

Then it got me thinking on what it would take to make my own beet extract. Anyone have experience with making extracts of this vegetable? I've seen an article on making the powder, but that's not the same thing. I'd rather have
a concentrated dose. If I can make it, and do it cheaply, then I'll be able
to add it to my daily supplement stack.

I don't understand this, as I love to cook beets. They store well, add flavor/color to anything, and are healthy. Why not get your nutrients the old-fashioned way? :)
